Yes. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider used by millions of businesses. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How does booking work?

Choose your dates on a property page and submit a booking request. We review and confirm availability, then authorize your refundable deposit. Once approved, your stay is confirmed and you'll get a confirmation email with check-in details.

We keep it clear and upfront. Cancellation terms are shown on each property page and in our Policies page before you pay — no fine-print surprises. Reach out any time if your plans change and we'll do our best to help.

Where are your rentals located?

We host on Florida's First Coast: four beach-close units in St. Augustine Beach and two units in the historic Riverside neighborhood of Jacksonville, near Five Points and Boone Park.
